Founder and CEO
Yair Levy, a commercial real estate industry veteran, brings over 30 years of experience in real estate strategic consulting, deal initiation, negotiation and closing. He stands behind thousands of real estate transactions, valued at hundreds of millions of shekels.
Yair started his career after completing military service at the IDF and joining his father, a partner at a Netanya-based residential real estate firm, to establish the firm’s division for commercial real estate. In 1990 he was recruited by a leading commercial real estate firm as a broker, and after a short tenure was offered partnership. As a partner and senior manager Yair contributed to the company’s expansion and organic growth through the opening of new branches throughout Israel. He managed a team of 45 consultants and brokers and led and closed thousands of real estate deals for company clients.
Yair Levy Real Estate Strategy was founded in 2001. The company is known for its personal and pleasant environment and its strong emphasis on integrity, professionalism and the highest levels of customer service.
Manager of Industrial and Logistics Real Estate Department
Sheeya, a specialist in real estate for the industrial and logistics markets, is one of the founders of this sub-specialization in real estate brokerage in Israel. He brings 30 years of professional experience and expertise that stems from being involved in thousands of deals in the field. Shia is instrumental in the business of his clients, many of which have been with him for years.
Sheeya leads the industrial and logistics sectors at Yair Levy Real Estate Strategy. He makes sure to know what is happening in the market at any given moment and visits industrial areas around the country on a regular basis, positioning himself to identify and suggest unique deals to company clients. Sheeya is also responsible for training programs for new and existing employees at the firm.
